Meet Our Faculty
David Obasa
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agro-Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Strategic Studies. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). He is an associate of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN).
He has twenty-five years work experience in automotive industry, banking and management consulting. He was professionally trained in Internal Control, Audit, Forensic Investigation, Sustainability and Marketing. He has helped several organisations to achieve strategic turnaround through relevant advisory services.
He is a passionate trainer who has trained the Board, Management and Staff of several organisations including those in banking and finance, healthcare, manufacturing, agro-allied, trading and public sectors on various subjects.
He is a writer - with has three published works – and also a creative artiste.
Olaleye Taiwo
Olaleye Taiwo is a Chief Safety Officer and an instructor with about twenty years’ experience in Aviation Safety and Firefighting. He has been involved in the training of over 1000 emergency response staff of the Airport Authority in Nigeria.
He is also a Pro-Board Certified Fire Inspector from the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute, Maryland, USA.
As a seasoned Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional and consultant, he has a wealth of experience and exposure to the core of HSE practice in a highly regulated work environment. Also he has been involved in the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) across board and involved in Fixed Fire Protection installations and various safety trainings.
He has the International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH), United Kingdom. He is also a QMS Registered Auditor with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (ISO 9001:2015), Unitingdom. He is an associate member of the Institute of fire Engineers (IFE), UK
Sanusi Mohammed Edogbanya
Sanusi is a result-driven Chartered Accountant with distinctive qualifications in Accounting, Auditing and ICT.
He graduated with a Distinction in Accounting (MAC) from Kaduna State University and bags multiple certifications from recognized institutions.
He is an expert in accounting principles, auditing, and financial planning with over fifteen years in tutoring and mentoring.
He is passionate about sharing knowledge.
Olorunfemi Dare
Femi is an experienced banking professional with 15+ years of
progressive leadership in branch management, business development, and customer relationship management across major Nigerian financial institutions.
Across his career, he has combined front-line commercial leadership with strong operational rigor.
He had functioned in senior management roles including being a Divisional Head in charge of Business Development in a bank.
He holds an M.Sc. in Geographic Information
Systems & Remote Sensing (Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; an
MBA in Business Administration (Corporate Social Responsibility), and a B.Sc. in
Land Surveying. He has completed the Lagos Business School Senior Management
Program, Retail Banking Intermediate Certifications (Levels 1 & 2) via
the International Academy of Retail Banking (London), and Harvard Kennedy
School online courses (PDIA and capacity building). He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
YOLANDA FAITH LE’NOIR
Yolanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Finance, and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, AZ: USA. She has a Doctorate degree in Strategic Leadership.
She is also an Executive Associate Member for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the Association of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Yolanda has over thirteen years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Fraud Examination, Auditing, Global Leadership, and Risk Management for Fortune 500 companies globally. She is a Mentor/Tutor for Business and Finance in her local communities.
Olaniyi Soyinka
Olaniyi, fondly known as The Success Catalyst, is a Life, Leadership, and Business Coach and Trainer.
He holds an MPhil in Leadership and Strategic Studies and an MBA with specialty in Human Resource Management.
With over ten years of experience in training and development, he has a proven track record of designing and delivering engaging training programmes that drive improved performance and customer satisfaction.
He also has several years of experience in the banking industry and has facilitated trainings for members of staff of several organisations on subjects that include customer service, performance management, leadership, sales and marketing, team building etc.

Charles E. Eromosele
Charles has over 15 years' experience in SME Development, corporate branding and training.
He consults for many organizations in Nigeria, U.S.A, Europe etc. with core expertise in customer-led innovation, operational excellence, strategic value creation and sustainable leadership.
He is a Certified International Coach in Executive Caching and Mentoring from the GEI, Dover Ohio.
He is also a Certified Prompt Engineer with a Certification in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Maryland, USA
He is an Associate Member (ASM) of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria. A Doctoral Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, Management and Manpower Development, UK.
Alice Tolu Ogungbemi
With 15 years of experience in banking— primarily in cash, customer service, and internal control—Alice is passionate about delivering excellence.
She has received multiple awards as the most customer-centric staff of a bank. She is well known for her friendly disposition and commitment to top-notch service. She trains on excellent service delivery, cash, tellering and internal control.
Mathew Danjuma
Mathew is a graduate of Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, from where he also earned an MBA.
He has about 20 years work experience in commercial, retail and public sector banking.
He is a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN); an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Chartered Institute of Forensic and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria (CIFCFIN).
Yusuf A. Leinge
Yusuf is a corporate trainer and social researcher with extensive experience in designing and delivering high-impact capacity-building programmes for corporate organisations, SMEs, government agencies, and development-focused institutions.
He is known for his ability to simplify complex concepts, create engaging learning environments, and translate theory into practical tools that participants can implement immediately in their workplaces.
Theresa Omovoraino Sani-Dickson
Theresa is a highly skilled customer service expert and fraud prevention specialist with over 10 years of experience in customer relations, operational support, strategic project management, and client engagement across the banking, corporate, and non-profit sectors.
