Meet The Team
David Obasa
MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agro-Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Strategic Studies. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). He is an associate of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN).
He has twenty-five years work experience in automotive industry, banking and management consulting. He was professionally trained in Internal Control, Audit, Forensic Investigation, Sustainability and Marketing. He has helped several organisations to achieve strategic turnaround through relevant advisory services.
He is a passionate trainer who has trained the Board, Management and Staff of several organisations including those in banking and finance, healthcare, manufacturing, agro-allied, trading and public sectors on various subjects.
He is a writer - with has three published works – and also a creative artiste.
AMIN BUBA DIBAL
DMD/Director of Consultancy
Amin has a Master’s degree in Development Studies as well as a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution. He is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Management. In addition to these, he has undertaken over 11 professional certificated training courses both in Nigeria and internationally; these include: Project Design & Cycle Management (AMREF University Kenya), Security Sector Reform (UN University of Peace) Negotiation & Conflict Management (US Institute of Peace), IMA National Consultant Capacity Building Course (IMA UK International), Frontiers in Development Policy (World Bank Institute), Social Accountability Tools for Africa Region (World Bank Institute) and Energy Sector Strategy to Support Green Growth (World Bank Institute).
He has over 15 years working experience in the International Development Sector, eight of which was spent at top management level and now in development consulting.
YOLANDA FAITH LE’NOIR
Director of International Operations
Yolanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Finance, and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, AZ: USA. She has a Doctorate degree in Strategic Leadership.
She is also an Executive Associate Member for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the Association of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Yolanda has over thirteen years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Fraud Examination, Auditing, Global Leadership, and Risk Management for Fortune 500 companies globally. She is a Mentor/Tutor for Business and Finance in her local communities.
OLATUBOSUN TAIWO
Director of Systems Re-Engineering
Olatubosun has a degree in Agric. Economics and Extension; also a degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK. He is a Certified IDEA Data Analyst (CIDA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
He brings over 15 years of diverse professional experience, including roles in data analysis, internal, external and IT auditing, risk management, business process automation, revenue assurance, business development, and software implementation.
His professional development includes both domestic and international training, equipping him with a broad and adaptable skillset such as Probe MMX Audit Methodology Implementation (South Africa), CaseWare Working Papers (Consolidations, Design mode, Accelerator and Champion Course).
Olaleye Taiwo
Olaleye Taiwo is a Chief Safety Officer and an instructor with about twenty years’ experience in Aviation Safety and Firefighting. He has been involved in the training of over 1000 emergency response staff of the Airport Authority in Nigeria.
He is also a Pro-Board Certified Fire Inspector from the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute, Maryland, USA.
As a seasoned Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional and consultant, he has a wealth of experience and exposure to the core of HSE practice in a highly regulated work environment. Also he has been involved in the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) across board and involved in Fixed Fire Protection installations and various safety trainings.
He has the International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH), United Kingdom. He is also a QMS Registered Auditor with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (ISO 9001:2015), Unitingdom. He is an associate member of the Institute of fire Engineers (IFE), UK
Sanusi Mohammed Edogbanya
Sanusi is a result-driven Chartered Accountant with distinctive qualifications in Accounting, Auditing and ICT.
He graduated with a Distinction in Accounting (MAC) from Kaduna State University and bags multiple certifications from recognized institutions.
He is an expert in accounting principles, auditing, and financial planning with over fifteen years in tutoring and mentoring.
He is passionate about sharing knowledge.
Alice Tolu Ogungbemi
With 15 years of experience in banking— primarily in cash, customer service, and internal control—Alice is passionate about delivering excellence.

Mathew is a graduate of Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, from where he also earned an MBA.
He has about 20 years work experience in commercial, retail and public sector banking.
He is a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN); an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Chartered Institute of Forensic and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria (CIFCFIN).
Charles E. Eromosele
Charles has over 15 years' experience in SME Development, corporate branding and training.
